Fleet bonuses for shield tanked super caps is broken. Would be nice to have the bonuses applied instantly instead of having to recharge/rep it, which resets when you jump anyways. I'm sure this has been said but I'm sayin it again

If the pointless remote rep bonus is going to stay, at least make it better than the carriers. Also, carriers are used for logistical stuff. No one will use remote reps on a hel unless they like wasting highslots.

With the hp boost, supercarrier models should be increased by 100% 4,000 m > 8,000 m (Hel) 3,250 m > 6,500 m (Nyx) 3,300 m > 6,600 m (Wyvern) 5,680 m > 11,360 m (Aeon)

I have windows 7 64-bit aswell, only issue I have with eve is when I first launch the client, it lags horribly for about 30 seconds, then its fine.
